More than Just Houses

We Want Their Hearts

At Learning to Live Beloved Ministries, we believe that true healing and transformation come from addressing both physical and spiritual needs. We are passionate about offering resources and support that focus on the emotional, mental and spiritual growth of each individual we meet, no matter what chapter of her story we may find her in. Through our services, we strive to provide women with the necessary tools to find lasting healing through freedom in Christ.

As of the fall of 2023, our immediate goal is to renovate a small home that will provide a place for survivors recovered from human sex trafficking to stay. As we pursue this achievement, we will continue to work with Selah Freedom Consulting as we prepare and equip ourselves for the journey ahead.

Since April of 2023, we have partnered with a local nonprofit, Fierce Love 4 Good, to create and distribute Angel Packs to women in need in our area. Each pack houses a unique devotional written by our founder expressing the heart of God's love for every woman, no matter the part of her story He may find her at.

Our Mission

To provide a haven of hope, healing, and restoration for women survivors of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation.

Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress. James 1:27b

Our Vision

Help women break free from the shame of modern day slavery and learn to live beloved by Jesus.

I will call Not My People, My People, and she who is Unloved, Beloved. Romans 9:25b

Our commitment to the women we serve and our community

We will give generously and relentlessly without hesitation if it means a seed is planted for eternity. We will trust God with the outcome.

And my God will supply all of your needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

We will not fear man. Their might or their opinions. This is a snare. We will fear only the Lord. For HE alone keeps us safe and has the final say over our lives and mission.

Fear of man will be a snare, but whoever trust in the Lord will be kept safe. Proverbs 29:25

We will wear the armor of God and with His power and strength alone boldly push back against the enemy with the gifts and authority God has given us.

A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. Ephesians 6:10-11

The title, the being known, the prestige, can all burn on the altar. We give up our dreams and desires to be known so that others can know God.

And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. Romans 12:1

We will not give up our boundaries or integrity for a passing moment of pleasure or comfort. Whether to please or appease others, or for an easy way out. We answer to God alone. Being the name Beloved, we will walk as such.

For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love. So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. Galatians. 5:12,16

We will be the one for the one. Creating the Well when necessary and going to the Well when God calls and leads. We will unashamedly share the hope of Jesus through our stories, gifting other the freedom to realize they are Beloved too.

Fear not; you will no longer live in shame. Don’t be afraid; there is no more disgrace for you. You will no longer remember the shame of your youth or the sorrow of your widowhood. For your Creator will be your husband; the LORD of Heaven’s Armies is his name! He is your Redeemer, the Holy on of Israel, the God of all the earth. Isaiah 54:4-5
